ToolTasker ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how your files are handled.

Files you upload

Tools run entirely in your browser, so the files you process are never uploaded to our servers. We never see, read, store, sell, or share the contents of your files.

Information we collect

We collect minimal, anonymized analytics (such as which tools are popular) to improve the service. We may use cookies for preferences like dark mode and to support advertising on free pages.

Advanced conversions

Most tools run entirely in your browser. A small number of advanced conversions (PDF to/from Word and Excel, and PDF compression) send your file over an encrypted connection to a trusted third-party conversion provider (ConvertAPI) which processes it and deletes it automatically shortly afterward. We never store these files ourselves.

Advertising

Free tools may display ads. Ad partners may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any account data by emailing privacy@tooltasker.com.
